Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout
Free Standard Shipping: Orders $150+
Shipping Carriers
We ship through FedEx and UPS based on the quickest delivery route for your area.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
KNGDM Beauty is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
- Shipping delays caused by address issues
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, KNGDM Beauty is no longer responsible for the package.
If your package is:
- Marked delivered but not received
- Stolen
- Lost in transit
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist however we can, but we cannot replace or refund items marked as delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of hair products and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Open bundles
- Used or installed hair
- Hair that has been unwrapped, brushed, cut, washed, or altered in any way
- Hair that has been bleached, dyed, or chemically processed
- Hair removed from its original packaging
- Wig caps or wig products that have been worn
- Custom orders
This protects the hygiene and integrity of our luxury RAW hair.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only if processing has not begun.
Once processing starts, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@kngdmbeauty.com with your name and order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos or videos of the issue
A detailed description
If the product is confirmed to be defective before use, we will offer:
A replacement item or Store credit
We do not offer refunds for defective claims made after the hair has been installed or altered.
