How long does your hair last?

With proper care, our RAW hair lasts 3+ years. Many customers wear the same bundles for years with regular maintenance.
Does the hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal for all human hair, but RAW hair has full cuticle alignment, making tangling extremely rare with proper care.
Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes! Our RAW hair lifts beautifully and safely when handled by a professional colorist.
How long is processing time?

All orders take 2–4 business days to process before shipping.
How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
